Our Purpose

The Colorado Neuropsychological Society (CNS) is a professional, nonprofit organization committed to advancing neuropsychology and supporting those who practice it. Our purpose is to:

• Support the growth and advancement of neuropsychology as a scientific discipline and clinical profession through meetings, conferences, workshops, research initiatives, and committee work;

• Encourage the professional development of future neuropsychologists and clinicians, including students, interns, fellows, and early-career professionals;

• Uphold the highest standards of clinical care, ethics, and evidence-based practice in service of individuals, families, and communities;

• Promote interdisciplinary and inter-professional collaboration to enhance understanding of brain–behavior relationships; and

• Partner with related professional organizations to exchange knowledge, foster collaboration, and further shared goals.
